Essemem is looking for Customer Care Specialists to ensure effective communication with the customers of essemem.com platform.
- Maintain written and verbal communication with all users and customers of the platform;
- Effectively respond to customer requests, collecting feedback, suggestions, observations and comments in a systemized manner;
- Prepare regular reports based on the gathered data to support the improvement of the platform.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, PR or a related field;
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Armenian languages;
- Positive experience in the field of online customer care service for at least 3 years;
- High sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
